Sometimes the
bottle must be new.
A new IBC tote isn’t our default recommendation — but there are honest applications where it’s the right call. Pharma first-fill, ultra-pure chemicals, sealed-supply-chain food. We carry new totes for exactly those cases.
Same-day reply.
Every form goes straight to a human in Green Bay — no chatbots, no offshore desks. Mon–Fri responses within four working hours.
We’ll tell you if reconditioned would work — and if it wouldn’t.
Outside those cases? A properly reconditioned tote does the same job for roughly half the price and a fifth of the carbon. Be skeptical of any supplier who pushes you to new without asking what’s going inside.

Where new totes come from when you order through us.
We source new tote inventory from three US-based manufacturers within a day’s drive. Two are in the upper Midwest; one is in Ohio. We do not import; the freight math and the LCA math both push against it.
Standard configurations (275 gal HDPE caged, food or industrial grade) are typically on our shelves in single-digit quantities and can ship within a week. Specialty configurations (stainless, conductive HDPE, oversized) ship directly from the manufacturer to your dock; we coordinate certifications and shipping documents.
For closed-loop fleet builds of 50 or more units, we typically negotiate the manufacturer contract with you in the room. That gets you direct visibility into the spec choices and avoids the markup an opaque distributor would add.

The ones people ask after their first reply.
Can you bundle new and reconditioned in one order?
Yes. We frequently ship hybrid orders — new totes for first-fill and reconditioned for refill cycles. Same invoice, same delivery.
Are new totes more reliable than reconditioned?
For their first cycle, marginally yes; the gaskets and valves are fresh. After the first cycle, no meaningful difference. Our leak-test data shows reconditioned totes pass at higher rates than first-fill new totes because the reconditioning process catches manufacturing defects that a brand-new tote ships with.
Do you sell brand-new stainless?
Yes. 304 and 316L, sized 120–550 gallon. New stainless is significantly more expensive than reconditioned stainless; the same money buys you a 5–10 year head start on a 30+ year asset.
Why not just buy direct from the manufacturer?
You can, and some customers do. We add value by handling small-quantity orders the manufacturer would not pick up, by combining new with reconditioned for mixed orders, and by re-using our freight slots so you do not pay full-truckload pricing for partial.
Need new? Need recon? Need both?
Tell us what your application requires and we will quote the right mix. No one-size answer.
